"It was a clean well appointed hotel. Conveniently located."

"It was a nice area. Check in was nice and quick. The parking lot could use one more light in case you get in late and have to park all the way in the back. My bathroom could have used a little more detail when it came to cleanliness but overall it was a good stay and decent hotel."

"The person who checked us in was very sullen and difficult to communicate with, as she barely spoke or acknowledged me. The vinyl flooring in the room felt unusual, but I suppose it's cleaner than carpet. The mattress was comfortable and the room felt clean. The bathroom was very good. The only bed pillows were small, square ones - again, unusual. The bed "skirt" was a loosely attached metal thing that made noise when I sat down or moved around. As I headed to the breakfast around 6:00 AM, two staff members were just leaving after setting it up. I was surprised how they talked and laughed loudly in the hallway right outside of other guest rooms; too bad for anyone still trying to sleep. The breakfast was nicer than expected for the price, with a hot waffle maker. The coffee seemed pretty watered down. "

"The staff at the Extended Stay are fine, but the property needs a thorough cleaning and fresh coats of paint. The walls and floors are stained, the bathrub in our room had blackish stains from what looks like a bathtub non-slip rug having been there for a long time. The sink in our kitchenette had mold in the drain/strainer area. I picked this hotel because the ratings for the hotel was 8.2 but it is not worth an 8.2 rating. I have nothing against the staff, but they need to pay more attention to cleaning. "

"All bedsheets were stained down to the mattress. Definitely from bedbugs. Very dirty and outdated. Tried to get another room, none available, tried to find another hotel none available or close by due to huge soccer event in the area. Complained to staff & call expedia and didn’t do much with compensation . Never again"
