"It was a nice area. Check in was nice and quick. The parking lot could use one more light in case you get in late and have to park all the way in the back. My bathroom could have used a little more detail when it came to cleanliness but overall it was a good stay and decent hotel."

"The staff at the Extended Stay are fine, but the property needs a thorough cleaning and fresh coats of paint. The walls and floors are stained, the bathrub in our room had blackish stains from what looks like a bathtub non-slip rug having been there for a long time. The sink in our kitchenette had mold in the drain/strainer area. I picked this hotel because the ratings for the hotel was 8.2 but it is not worth an 8.2 rating. I have nothing against the staff, but they need to pay more attention to cleaning. "

"My husband and I came to this hotel after leaving another due to the cleanliness (or lack thereof) of another. It was a breath of fresh air. The elevator even smelled better. Room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Cute little Bluey stickers or the toilet paper and tissues (we don't even have kids and we thought it was cute). The shower was huge and really nice. Definitely wish we would've stayed here both of our nights in VA."

"This was a great find for my family. The home was clean, bright, comfortable and in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Our host, was very welcoming, maintained good communication and made himself available if we had questions or needed anything. The property location was convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, etc. We definitely want to stay at this property on our next trip to Richmond."
