The location is everything. I could be on the beach or boardwalk within seconds. I got a partial ocean view and was able to watch the tide from my window nicely. The room is no frills, oscillating fan with 2 windows to combat the no AC. It honestly wasn’t an issue the only time I was hit was in the middle of the afternoon if I stopped in to change. But honestly you don’t stay here to be cooped up in the room. There is a bar/restaurant next door that gets lively on the weekend until about midnight. But if you are someone who wants to be in bed early they nicely already had ear plugs on the bedside table.
The keypad entry into the room was my only safety concern, was grateful for the deadbolt.
I would stay here again tho. Truly can’t beat the location.
