"This is my first time staying at this hotel and I was delighted. Everyone who works there is extremely friendly, always with a smile on their face. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The hotel is located very close to the hot springs, and above all, I want to mention their breakfast. I never have high expectations for any kind of continental breakfast at any hotel, but this one definitely exceeded my expectations. Everything tasted delicious and fresh. Definitely a 10 out of 10 for their kitchen team!"

"The Building is beautiful the customer service was good and the property is beautiful! Across the street from the Hot Springs and the bridge that takes you over to down town. Right next door is a sports shop and John was so knowledgeable and very helpful. Parking is $15 a night but that was great it was right across the street and we never had to circle or look twice for a parking space. Really enjoyed the stay."

"We wanted a place between Keystone and Breckenridge for our last ski trip of the season. This is our second time staying here, and the location is perfect to access both slopes if you have a car (they have a shuttle to Breckenridge). Our young children stayed entertained in the splash pad, comfortably heated pool, water slide, and hot tubs after skiing (with an amazing view of the mountains) and the room was comfortable for everything we needed to make breakfast, cook dinner, and enjoy family card games. The washer and dryer in the room made packing easier especially with little kids. We can’t wait to stay here again!"

"The staff was really friendly and helpful, the room was ok, it seems the staff cut corners to get the rooms ready. "

"The cleaning was poor; furthermore, the room lacked soap and fresh bedsheets. The housekeeper would enter the room and make the beds, but she did not change the sheets—she only replaced the bath mat on the floor. She failed to provide us with soap (which we were out of), and the room was not vacuumed—not even the floors or the carpets."

"Overall it is a modern hotel w nice aesthetics. It is not walking distance to Main Street but there are not many choices to stay in Breckenridge when looking at nicer options... Id say the hotel has the basic amentities (small gym) 2 restaurants which lobby restaurant is basic bar food and noone finished their food, the service was not helpful as bartenders said come down and order your food were too busy to deliver room service, then I requested late checkout by 1-hour to have breakfast as I was traveling w a child and 2 dogs and they denied me, then waited for 30 minutes for valet to bring car when there was no line... It is run by young kids that focus more on socializing amongst themselves then tending to the guests unfortunately... "
