7.8/10 Good! (629 reviews)
No-one on reception for check-in, had to call the hotel and tell them I was waiting (12 minutes). Toilet paper on the floor in the bathroom on arrival. No breakfast laid out the next morning, no-one available to serve and no-one waiting to be served, assumed it must have been cancelled.
For less money you can use a Premier Inn and at least know what you are getting.

8/10 Very good! (838 reviews)
"Nice hotel in a great location. Not too far away to walk into the city, and bus stops nearby as well if you dont feel like walking. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was nice enough, only gripe was the air con wasnt great, so room was quite warm at times."
