"First day not AC and toilet didn’t work . We asked for another room and they did .. We went to Ranger and come back and new reservation .. Ones again just problems they say the couldn’t find it and Bla bla .. finally they did .. we got 2 rooms again but the firs one . No toilet paper phone didn’t ..."
