Also, the outside landing and stairs could use a good cleaning. We were really concerned about how much we could possible track into the house and our vehicles. "

"The waterpark offered a wonderful experience for my family. However, the room was less than I expected. The floors were linoleum and were sticky in the bathroom. It was obvious that it had not been thoroughly cleaned as food crumbs lined the base of the headboard, corners of the room revealed additional crumbs, dirt, and even cobwebs. Also, the microwave didn't work which proved inconvenient. Staff did offer to "swap it out" so that we could use it prior to departure. However, we were unable to stay due to time constraints. The view was spectacular! Linens were all fresh and clean. "
