Decorated throughout with a calming neutral colour scheme and attractive décor, you’re sure to feel instantly at home when arriving here. Enter via an internal staircase and let yourself into your holiday let. The accommodation offering is all laid out on one floor and centred around a sociable open-plan living space. Here you’ll find French doors providing access to the stand-out balcony space, complete with Astroturf, outdoor furniture and a glass balustrade so you can really enjoy the view. For evenings inside, however, find comfy seating positioned around a Smart TV. Find additional TVs in both bedrooms, a king-size and a twin, as well as a complete family bathroom that serves both bedrooms.

Follow a route along the river to reach the village of Horning (1 mile) with its local shops, village pub and the local family-friendly attraction of BeWILDerwood (1.5 miles). From the village, you can also rent a bike, book an alpaca tour or rent a boat for exploring the wider Norfolk Broads waterways. Visit other neighbouring villages on easy-going days out, including Hoveton (3.5 miles) with its miniature world museum and the Bure Valley Railway for scenic trips to Aylsham (12.5 miles) and back.
