We love Norfolk and wanted to stay near the river. This was an ideal location and was described perfectly. The property was exactly as described and included a very generous welcome box! It was very helpful as we arrived later than anticipated. It was warm, clean and everything we needed.
You are located near Wroxham and there is plenty to discover around you. The coast is nearby and not far to travel to. The local bus service was experienced by my dad and he said they were efficient and friendly.
Thank you

Very impressed! The property itself was lovely with a new bathroom recently installed.
Very impressed! The property itself was lovely with a new bathroom recently installed. The facilities of the whole house were of a high standard and Leon clearly has great attention to detail. Even the cutlery draw was very neatly arranged. Access to the property was easy as possible really, we had arrived quite late and got straight in. The absolute highlight was the well stocked hamper of essentials plus some luxuries. It contained, tea, coffee, milk, bread, spread, lager, Prosecco, chocolate among other things I’ve probably forgotten. Thanks for a great stay,Jonny + Phoebe
