Back garden with sitting-out area, terrace and garden furniture. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is an unfenced river in the grounds.. Ferry Lodge enjoys a beautiful riverside setting on the River Yare, perfect for a peaceful waterside break.

    Inside, this spacious timber-style holiday lodge exudes comfort, with a light and bright open-plan accommodation that flows out onto private decking. Furnished with outdoor seating, it’s the perfect spot to relax in the sunshine, enjoy spectacular Norfolk sunsets, or watching riverside activities and the wildlife drift by. Moor your own boat right outside (maximum 12 metre launch – please advise at time of booking) or bring kayaks and paddle boards to explore the waterways.

    You are just a short walk from a pub serving food, whilst Brundall village centre offers a supermarket, cafés, takeaway restaurants, another pub, and all the essentials for your stay. Known as the centre of boat building and hire, Brundall is an ideal base for exploring the Norfolk Broads. Fishing is available right from the decking (with a bait fridge provided), and local day boat or canoe hire makes adventure easy. The location is also perfect for exploring further afield. Hop on a train from Brundall station to the medieval city of Norwich, where you can enjoy shopping, dining, history, and culture.

    Or take a short journey to the lively seaside town of Great Yarmouth for traditional fish and chips, sandy beaches, and family fun at Pleasure Beach amusement park. With its tranquil riverside setting and easy access to both the Broads and Norfolk’s coast and countryside, Ferry Lodge offers the perfect combination of relaxation and adventure. Beach 15 miles.
