Part of the adjoining farm since the 1960s, being formerly used to house farrowing sows and their piglets, Snipe Meadow Barn is a beautiful conversion flooded with natural light and quality furnishings throughout. The open-plan living area opens out to a stunning countryside view, through the French doors leading to the private patio beyond. The main living area is a wonderful space to relax together as a family, creating tasty meals in the well equipped kitchen, eating together around the dining table and relaxing on the comfy corner sofa, watching the large television or reading a book whilst contemplating the view. There are two double bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the second with twin beds. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room with walk-in rainfall shower, and the luxurious family bathroom has a bath and mains pressure shower over.

Approached from a quiet country lane and surrounded by farmland in rural north Norfolk, you may be able to spot deer and birds of prey while sipping a sundowner on your patio. Cromer with its famous pier and golden sands is a short drive away as well as many other beautiful beaches on north Norfolk’s diverse coastline. The National Trust properties of Blickling and Felbrigg Hall are also close by. There is parking for two cars to the front of the property and a charming fully enclosed patio garden with outside dining furniture to the side with an additional patio to the front, accessed via the open plan living space with a garden bench to sit and peacefully soak up the view.
