Hotel Masseria degli Ulivi

"The room was clean and simple and cleaned every day by staff. The air con was good and vital with how hot it got! We had a TV in our room but no remote. We asked a couple of times for a replacement but never got despite being told we would. The staff on reception were really helpful when we had an issue with our rental car key. The grounds were lovely and the area was so quiet (about 20 min drive to Noto). The pool area was great and well looked after with also a tennis court and ping pong table to use! The breakfast was nice but could have been improved with fresher, hot breakfast."

"Best hotel, best restaurant. Probably the best value for money we had in Sicily! Next time, I’d happily stay here for a whole week. It’s a perfect base for exploring Syracuse, Noto, and the surrounding area. Highly recommended!"

"I have only good things to say about this hotel! The location is perfect, the hotel room was everything you want and the staff are amazing. Giulia and Paula helped us so much and were absolutely charming! And the breakfast cakes were homemade and delicious! This is a very special hotel!"

"Everything in the resort is good and luxury, the only disappointment is in the private beach. The resort offer free spot in the private beach Pura vita, when we got there there were nice cabins with nice location. The problem is that they gave us a bad spot with just beach umbrella and long chairs (some were broken)!!!"

"We were thrilled to find this little gem in the middle of Noto! The location is so central and within walking distance of everything. The front desk staff was so kind and helpful. The room was small, but lovely. The rooftop bar is a magical spot at sunset! The breakfast is delicious. We highly recommend this great hotel."

"What an amazing place full of history. The owner was so welcoming and helpful as were all the staff. A personal tour of the Palazzo with the family history proudly laid out Worth a stay just for that. The breakfast in the garden was great really good choice and attentive service from the staff. Good coffee and tasty options for all. The room was well equipped and the WiFi the best best and fastest we have had in all our stays in Sicily. Parking in June was no problem and relatively easy to find on the local streets."
