The residence "Nouvelles Terres" was built in 2018, and is situated in the center of La londe les Maures, at the proximity of woodland and a winery with a path for pedestrians and bikers leading to the seaside. The apartment is located at the ground floor with a closed garden of 26 sqm. At the entrance of the building you will find a secured parking place for your bikes. Underground parking space for one car is available. Against additional fee a double garage with electricity and charging possibility for electric cars/bikes is also available. You have access to the building via the underground parking with an elevator, or via the main entry at the end of a small dead end alley accessible to pedestrians only. Separate toilets in the flat, at the end of your stay cleaning can be arranged against remuneration. The owners of the flat are living in the vicinity and will take care of guests arriving and leaving. Household and bedlinen - towels will be provided. Internet ultra fast ( fiber and wifi 7) available. Public between Hyeres airport/SNCF rail station and La Londe is available.
