Had everything we needed for a relaxing break. Check-in and check-out was easy. Excellent location right in the city centre. Had a great night's sleep, bed was huge and very comfortable.

The room was clean, quiet and beautifully decorated. For my purposes this is fine, however it was a little disappointing that the soap and shampoo dispensers were empty. Some of the fixtures like taps and plug sockets did not seem to be installed correctly either as they wobbled. This is a small concern though, so long as I don't get electrocuted. Staff were wonderfully polite and helpful though. And the location is excellent for those visiting the arena.

We paid for a compact room, which was very small (not an issue) - but the one we got had a really pronounced slope to the floor, when on the bed it felt like you were going to roll off, and the toilet was also sloped... I asked reception to change the room, they were very good about it and gave us quite a large one on the top floor, which was great for us. The air con in the rooms worked really well.

Very friendly welcome. Room very spacious. As others have mentioned the furnishings are looking a little tired in places but I think that this is reflected in the price. Good value stay in a great location.
