Confusing instructions but delightful stay
Mix up with instructions to get the key causes frustration and annoyance but once in the apt exceeded our expectations. Modern clean and spacious it was a great choice for a two night stay. Daughters were competing in the ice skating British Championships at the Motorpoint arena and it was just across the road. Right in the centre of Nottingham.

Great apartment with all the required facilities. Very clean. The contact person (Steve) was excellent and very patient when I failed to understand how to access the flat.

Good space, terrible management
The check-in process was absolutely atrocious. The directions for finding the car park entrance were incorrect and the person I talked to on the phone didn’t know how to find it either. I had to walk around for 20 minutes clicking the key fob at every gate until one opened. Once we found the car park our spot 112 was taken up by the person parked in 111 so we could not park in our space (very tiny spaces). The man on the phone said he could do nothing about that and said the street parking for the night is about 2 pounds. Turns out the street parking for the night is 12.50 pounds paid in coins so I had to walk to a pub to exchange a 10 pound note for coins. The street outside was very loud throughout the night with loud music and drunk people yelling and throwing bottles. I opened the dishwasher and was greeted with a smell of rotten fish so I washed everything by hand. Supplies were easily found. The cabinet door for the washing machine does not close so don’t be alarmed. Recommend instructions to be left for the washing machine. It’s not easy to use for foreigners. Beds and shower were very nice.
