Das einzeln stehende und 2015 erbaute Ferienhaus ist im typischen Landesstil eingerichtet. Das Grundstück befindet sich am Ende einer Sackgasse, in einem Wohngebiet. Auch wegen des Ausblicks vom Grundstück in das Tal und der ruhigen, sonnigen und abgeschiedenen Hanglage ist das Domizil beliebt. Zur alleinigen Nutzung stehen zur Verfügung: Grillmöglichkeit, Terrasse und Gartenmöbel.

Otočec, 455 m ASL. The holiday home is located on an open garden plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Vineyard Cottages or "Zidanice" in Slovenia are small, charming houses built among the vineyards on the picturesque hills of the Dolenjska and Bela Krajina regions. In the past, Zidanice served as wine storage where the vineyard master could receive his closest friends. The holiday home is situated on a quiet and peaceful vineyard above Otočec. It is surrounded by vineyards and other vineyard cottages and offers a magnificent view of the surrounding hills and the Krka river valley. Access is via a side road (gravel or crushed stone). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.

Heel mooi huis met een wijnkelder en rustige omgeving midden in een wijn gebied.De eigenaren wachten ons op met een welkoms drankje wijn en wat eten.We kwamen aan op een zondag en alles gesloten.De eigenaren hadden eten en drinken voor ons in de koelkast gezet.De eigenaren komen regelmatig langs om te vragen of alles naar wens is en we dronken dan nog een glasje wijn uit de kelder. Ook is er een vatje wijn beschikbaar voor de hele vankantie.Alles is top geregeld en de gastvrijheid van de eigenaren zijn heel erg goed.Als je veel rust wilt hebben is dit de ideale plek.
