Soul & Place
As soon as you walk through the gate of Villa Arabeque, time slows down. The white road opens onto a carpet of red earth, between rows of centuries-old olive trees and Mediterranean scrub that smells of thyme, rosemary, and wild fennel. On the horizon, the blue line of the Adriatic Sea; behind you, the golden stones of Lecce, capital of southern Baroque. In between, our country estate: a private village where the ancient charm of Lecce stone meets the lightness of contemporary bio-architecture.
Every room has been redesigned to promote well-being: breathable lime plaster, cool shade from pergolas woven with vines, large windows that capture the light of the South. The ancient wine presses have become a Master Spa with a heated indoor pool and hammam; the recesses of the old oil mill now house massage rooms with heated beds.
Inside, the atmosphere is soft and the silence is precious. Outside, the infinity pool shines like a mirror and invites you to take long swims between dips, with the song of cicadas providing the soundtrack.

Twelve rooms, twelve atmospheres, all with en-suite bathrooms and handcrafted details inspired by the colors of the chakras: purple, indigo, blue, green, gold. Many suites have private terraces, four-poster beds outdoors, or hot tubs for two; all offer king-size beds, wardrobes or walk-in closets, air conditioning, safes, and Wi-Fi.

For those who love to exercise, the Technogym offers cardio and strength training equipment; The yoga room (available with our certified instructors) is a bright retreat for practice and breathwork. The seminar room (63 m²) hosts retreats, workshops, board meetings, and small conferences.
Outside, you will find a volleyball court, a 5-a-side soccer field, a ping-pong table, and a bocce court. After dinner, enjoy the games room with pool table and pinball machine; for a sunset toast, visit the rooftop bar with views of the olive trees; for winter evenings, relax by the fireplace in the main lounge and the Japanese-style brazier in the winter garden.
Outdoor living
The 5-hectare park is a mosaic of themed gardens, synergistic vegetable gardens, and centuries-old olive trees. The large outdoor swimming pool (17×12 m; max. depth 1.40 m) is open all year round and is heated free of charge from mid-October to the end of April. Next to it is a solarium area with daybeds and umbrellas, a hot tub for 9 people, and a wellness area with a Finnish sauna, solarium, and lounge. An additional private pool is located on one of the suites' terraces, perfect for a dip at sunset.
The outdoor spaces also include a wood-fired oven for signature pizzas, a barbecue for family cookouts, and a historic chapel that adds a touch of poetry to private ceremonies and celebrations (upon request and according to regulations).
