The Space:
The Pacific has a way of slowing things down. In Nuevo Vallarta, where warm air carries the scent of salt and the shoreline is never far, days take on a different pace - unhurried, open, shaped by water and light. This Aria Ocean condo sits right at the water's edge, placing shared beach access and a shared outdoor pool within easy reach from the moment you arrive.
The space
This entire condo is arranged across a single level with no internal stairs and elevator access to the building, making it comfortable and easy to move through. It accommodates up to four guests across two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, with a total of three beds. Central air conditioning keeps the interior cool against the tropical climate, and natural light moves through the living areas throughout the day. A dedicated workspace with a door offers a quiet option for guests who need to stay connected, and Wi-Fi is available throughout.
Sleeping arrangements
Each bedroom is set up with cotton bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, room-darkening shades, hangers, and closet storage. The three-bed layout across two rooms works well for couples, families, or small groups of friends. A paid crib and a pack 'n play are available for guests traveling with infants, along with children's books, toys, and children's dinnerware.
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, oven, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, and wine glasses. Dishes, silverware, and barbecue utensils are also provided. A dining table sits ready for shared meals. Please note that basic kitchen items such as oil, salt, and pepper are not provided in this unit.
Outdoor living & shared amenities
A private patio or balcony with outdoor furniture and a hammock offers a comfortable spot to start the morning or wind down in the evening. The shared outdoor pool and outdoor dining area are part of the condominium's common areas, maintained by building administration. Beach essentials - including beach towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - are available for guests. Bikes and a kayak are also on hand, and sun loungers round out the outdoor options. The property is waterfront, with shared beach access for enjoying the sand and ocean nearby.
Bathroom
Both bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, a hair dryer, hot water, and cleaning products. Towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper are provided as essentials throughout your stay.
Parking, access & services
Free parking garage access and free street parking are both available, subject to availability. Self check-in is handled via keypad, and luggage drop-off is available for guests with early arrivals or late departures. A free washer and dryer are located in-unit. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.
Good to know
The cleaning fee covers cleaning before and after your stay only - no cleaning or laundry service is included during the stay. The nightly rate covers 1 to 4 guests; additional guests beyond this generate an extra charge of approximately $15 per person per night, though total occupancy may not exceed four guests. Electricity is included up to a set kilowatt allowance determined by season and unit size, shared after booking confirmation - excess usage is charged at 5 pesos per additional kilowatt. Pets are not allowed, and no unregistered guests or visitors are permitted. Nuevo Vallarta is an actively developing area, and daytime construction noise may occur nearby. Due to the tropical environment, insects such as gnats may appear; fumigation is carried out before and after each reservation, with additional fumigation available on request during your stay.

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.
It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.
Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate.
The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).
Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.
Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.

Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed.
Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.
The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
