The Grand Mayan 2 Bedroom Suite features two bedrooms with two king-size beds, two bathrooms with one Jacuzzi tub, a living room with dining table and kitchen, a terrace with private plunge pool, and three TVs.
Units include:

• king-sized beds (two queens in second bedroom can be requested)
• spacious bathrooms with jetted spa bathtubs, separate showers, double vanities and private toilet areas
• kitchens equipped with cooktop, microwave, refrigerator and a full sets of dishes, silverware, glasses, pots and pans, coffee maker, blender, toaster and more
• large living rooms with couches that can convert to beds
• dining table to seat four
• large flat-screen televisions in all rooms
• enormous balconies with beach, mountain or river views, equipped with couches, dining table and chairs and private dipping pool
• in-room safe deposit box

FREE PICKUP at the Airport in Puerto Vallarta is available (return is on your own). If you are driving, parking is available for a small fee.
All units receive twice-daily maid service including complimentary coffee/tea service every morning, your own concierge, free wifi and 24-hour room service.
All water throughout the resort is purified and safe to drink.

• check-ins are on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday only, and all stays are in units of seven days. Multiple seven day consecutive stays are also possible.
• At check-in, you will be asked for a credit card imprint to cover any charges you make during your stay. You do not need to use money for anything in the resort.
• At check-out, you will be charged a 3% tax and small resort and energy fees. Currently, those fees are $11/day resort fee and $6/day energy fee. The resort fee is not assessed for children under 12.
• Any damage to the rooms or resort is solely your responsibility as the renter.
• Cancellation policy: Reservations are refundable 60 days before check-in date.
