Staff very helpful and friendly! Pool although old was great. Room cleanliness not so great, stains on sheets, paid extra for a pool view but couldn’t open the door. A week at Mercure Bali

Loved our stay. Our room was good, bright and airy. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice. The pool was great although the loungers were a bit uncomfortable.
