Notwithstanding the best efforts of the staff to maintain the property, a strong musty smell in the room which as I was told was the best and the cleanest, overshadowed everything else. The hotel is huge and visibly clean but quite dated and had seen better times. Needs serious renovations to mitigate the mold condition, obviously very prevailing in such climate. I was left with no alternatives, due to a very late arrival at 2 a.m. after long flights and lengthy waiting times in the airport. Hence the detailed review. Notwithstanding the beautiful grounds, with the lengthiest pool stretching the whole ground floor, and a fantastic delicious breakfast with an enormous variety of fresh and cooked dishes of different cuisines.

A good hotel, but I wouldn't give it 5 stars. Very large rooms, a very large pool. The service was nit 5 star, same iv valid for the breakfast. Not so good as other 5 star hotels in the area, but also much cheaper. Allover very good for the price.

Definitely not 5 Star

An affordable hotel with spacious rooms, but definitely not 5-star standard! The breakfast buffet is large, but the quality and taste were very disappointing. After our poor experience on the first day, we decided to skip breakfast on the second day. In all the other hotels we stayed at – across very different categories – we had much better experiences. In addition, the rooms are no longer in the best condition and have an unpleasant smell.

Great value for money, but dont't expect a 5 star experience. The real 5 star aspects are the enormous, clean and modern pool and the staff. The included buffet breakfast was plentiful but the quality was not 5 star quality. The restaurants were almost empty for dinner. I was grateful for being upgraded to a Deluxe room, but it lacked adequate air con - just a fan really and the control panel was not operating to provide cool air. I could not use the balcony or open the door as there was an alarming sign on the door warning of "monkey strike". The facility is next to a deep forest and I saw many monkeys roaming in groups near a food mart and walkways, which was a bit intimidating and affects the confidence of a tourist walking and exploring the surrounds. Apparently, monkeys climbing onto buildings stealing food and objects from hotel rooms is a known thing. From the concierges to reception to restaurant all staff were always friendly and ready to help. The shuttle service to the beach and "Bali collection" helped with transport in a relatively isolated location. Geger beach is a must, with masseurs, eateries, a few shops, and beach lounges. Cash only. Shuttle service seemed limited but adequate for low season. Overall, I would recommend it if you want to be far from traffic, crowds, and lots of souvenir shops, and yet want a very comfortable chilled and affordable experience, whether you are solo, couple or young family traveller.

Vi bodde i et deluxe-rom, men dessverre svarte ikke rommet til forventningene basert på bildene som var lagt ut. Rommet fremsto som slitt, og både dører og skap knirket hver gang de ble åpnet. Dette oppleves mer som et 3-stjerners hotell enn det 5-stjerners nivået det markedsføres som. Området rundt Nusa Dua er veldig stille og rolig, noe som kan passe noen, men vi opplevde det som litt for tilbaketrukket. Jeg vil heller anbefale å bo i Kuta- eller Sanur-området, hvor det er mer liv og aktivitet, og heller ta en dagstur til Nusa Dua.
