"I was a horrible person to deal with and they were very accommodating to me."
"Stayed for one night, a quick family trip. During check-in they offered me an upgrade, I said no as it was too expensive and they didn't push me on it. I was early for check-in and the room wasn't ready so we had to return. When we returned, they did upgrade our room for free which was very nice of them. Had a view of the falls and the fireworks. Breakfast was nice but it get's busy, suggest you go early if you can. The pool was nice and the hot tub was large. The parking situation wasn't the best, if you don't opt for the valet or VIP you have to park off site, a 3-4 minute drive away, and take a shuttle bus. Aside from that, good hotel. A little bit of a walk to get to Clifton area, 15 min or so. "

The rooms of this hotel are very basic, but clean. They have plenty of parking at a decent price. They offer a continental breakfast, which is included in the price of the room."
