"There were bugs in my room which I did not appreciate especially spending the amount of money I did for a room over the holiday. Staff was friendly, but it wasn’t not clean and pictures did it justice."

"The staff were friendly however they charged me for my service dog. When I brought it to the attention of staff the next morning she said a credit had to be done by the manager who was the person who checked us in and she would leave her a note. I never heard anything from her explaining why there would not be a credit. The breakfast was nothing special having the standard powder eggs, the waffle mix was in small containers and empty on day one, the biscuits were hard as a rock on the bottom. The room was comfortable and clean with partial ocean view with a small balcony."

"Not too bad of a hotel, room was clean. Our window leaked while it was raining. Walked in to check in and had to wait about 5 min before someone came to the counter to help us. Could easily hear people talking from our room, could smell food from the neighbors room, a little over priced for how it was (I understand it’s on the beach but at least update the place to make up for the price). Also didn’t realize we were having to pay for parking till we got there (hotel.com did not include that in the listing) Still crazy to me for having to pay for parking tho."

"Great stay here! Had a little inconvenience when checking in where my reservation was not found. They were not able to help me at the property since I booked through Expedia but after a quick call to Expedia they were able to sort things out. A gentleman at the property was extremely helpful! One of the young ladies, not so much. Everything else was wonderful! Clean, beautiful, comfortable, pool was nice and clean. I recommend this hotel! Last detail, it’s $10 per day for parking. Small detail I didn’t realize when I booked. Thought it would be helpful to know."
