Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this beautifully furnished cottage in one of the most desirable locations on the island. Quiet street with direct beach access only a 7 minute walk, and even closer to the Middleton Park complex where you can enjoy the splash pad, pickleball, tennis, playground, outdoor concerts at the amphitheater and much more! Shops, grocery, and restaurants all nearby. Dining-in made easy with well-equipped open kitchen and electric pellet Pit Boss smoker grill. MBR on main level with ensuite bath. Upstairs loft provides separate entertainment area with TV, card table for puzzles, board games, and if you must check in with the boss - laptop use. All 3 spacious bedrooms have closet access. 2 full bathrooms, one in master and one upstairs, and a convenient half bath on ground level near outdoor hot/cold shower. Another half-bath on main level. Storage area houses beach chairs, bikes, cabana, cooler, corn hole boards and beach toys. Fenced backyard provides privacy and safe area for kids to play.
