"Directions were clear and organized. Property was easy to get into. Little cold and hard to heat, but manageable. Kitchen was sufficiently stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. Long list of house rules and cleanup that felt a little overwhelming and confusing at times. The loft was really nice hang out in and WiFi/tv worked well. The cabin was clean, with a rustic vibe. Overall good value."

"We all LOVED this house. It is PERFECT for a large crowd. This house is made for large groups and long stays. We were there for a wedding. We drove 14 hours from Los Angeles and spent just two days (three nights). We drove because we have dogs with medical conditions that don't allow us to board them. This owner is pet-friendly and not obnoxious about it. As a result, we cage our pets when indoors to encourage owners to continue to be pet-friendly. There is no much this house has to offer, I wish we had stayed for a week or more. If we had stayed longer, we could have used the outdoor kitchen, the hot tub and the terraced backyard that has something on every level.Unlike most home rentals, this owner went above and beyond to make things comfortable. No ridiculous procedures or rules to enter, exit, or just exist in this home. This house is not furnished by Pottery Barn but it's super comfortable and unlike so many other rentals that furnish their homes with garage-sale leftovers, this owner was thoughtful about equipping their kitchen with tools, utensils, appliances, and sundry items all far above average and exceeded our expectations. We loved the separate ice maker!Plenty of towels, and extra blankets and best of all, no carpeted rooms so the house feels clean.Jon is great to work with and makes you feel like he really wants you to enjoy your stay.We ALL HIGHLY RECOMMEND this home."

"Works great for what it is, a budget hotel. I slept great there, up to visit my nephew at Cal Poly Humboldt. No complaints, except maybe the water pressure, but again, that's pretty normal for a budget hotel."

"I stayed here so I could spend my days hiking in the state and national parks nearby. I liked that there were restaurants that I could eat at when I got back from hiking and I also liked that there was a gas station on site. I did not use the casino at all other than to walk through it to the restaurants. I would leave early in the morning and return at sundown, so I never really explored the grounds. I did not use the pool or fitness room. I would definitely stay here again."

"We enjoyed our stay. The house is nicely furnished, clean and the kitchen has a lot of extras. We loved the big redwoods around the house and the privacy of the quiet location. Elizabeth was helpful and gave clear information on getting there and getting in the house, etc. No problems at all."

"The drive in from the coast was spectacular. Mathew did an amazing job with providing directions and the location is pristine. If you love camping, the stars, and beautiful views. This spot is it. The lodging and facilities are in fantastic condition. Just a real gem and the location to the Redwood National Park is unbeatable."
