Best part of the hotel is the location. Easy access to the beach right across the street. You still need to rent a chair not associated with the hotel when you get out there. We reserved the ocean view king suite so our room was fairly large with a nice view but our friends had at a tiny room facing another building. The hotel is old but renovated. Breakfast and pool are in a different building but we really didn't need either. Bed was comfortable.

I booked the President Hotel, but when I checked in was told that we were upgraded to their sister hotel The Penguin. The Penguin was on the beach side, versus The President being a block off the beach. The room was spacious, but the bathroom was a bit small (the door actually hit the toilet each time the door was closed). The pool and the breakfast area were in The President hotel, so we had a bit of a walk to get to each.
