"We felt like we were in a little piece of heaven looking out from the front porch to the lake. We came for a week to escape the heat in Charleston and had a lovely time. We brought our 2 dogs who enjoyed romping in the yard. The beds slept well and the bathroom has a nice shower with a seat in it. It is a rustic cabin which was cozy and relaxing. We will come here again."

"I traveled with my husband and adult son from PA for a long wedding weekend. The suite was in a great location for us. Private and serene yet very close to town! The lovely deck overlooked a lush landscape and the suite seemed newly renovated with lovely decor. We had everything we needed and greatly enjoyed our stay! Besides the wedding festivities, we found time to hike up Bearwallow Mountain to gorgeous views and also visited Triple Falls and High Falls in DuPont State Forest. Both about a 30 min drive away. White Duck Tacos was our favorite place to eat. If we find ourselves in this part of the country again, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! Thank you!"

"This is a very cute older home in a great neighborhood. It lived easily with just three of us and yet was able to hold 5 more people when my grandchildren ended camp. The one reminder is that this is an older home with older wiring. Be prepared to be inventive with today's multiple electronic devices. But..that's a small issue and the house was perfect for us!"
