"The staff was very l nice but this hotel is very run down. The doors are dented & scratched up. The walls and surfaces were all caulked over terribly . There were bugs in my room. The tv didn’t work… just all around unpleasant for me"

"A little disappointed I have stayed here past 3 times I have visited Berkeley and all three times disappointed after a long drive I like to relax in the hot tub and the water was lukewarm and the chlorine was so strong smelling it was hurting my eyes I couldn’t even enjoy it "

"Property is nice and charming updated especially outside gazebo area. Jacuzzi is nice but cover is old peeling pieces fall into jacuzzi when taking cover on and off Quiet but limited parking - driveway too narrow so we didnt use it to park some street parking. Extra bed advertised as a double is only a twin and wasn’t made even though I paid extra guest fee. Only 1 blanket provided to make bed with. Few glasses and dishes only hardly enough. Couch very small not comfortable for adults to sit on Dark entrance needs a light hard to see/dangerous "
