Disgusting rooms hair all over, water in the tub , terribly rude employees , not handicap accessible when I call to have a room change they told me they didn’t know if they could clean it and said I can go ahead and write a bad review. Just really awful.

The room was in horrible condition, the beds smelled like there was a dog sleeping in it for days. The bathroom had shower curtains that were ripped throughout the bottom of it. It was a horrible experience. I give it a 0/10.

No it wasn’t very much choices and everyone was rude, my son dropped a syrup it was closed up but was unable to grab it right away his hands was full I just about to set down my coffee and pick it up when the staff worker picked it up and said something foul in Spanish I understood what she said ...
