Nestled in the foothills of Oakland, it's location to the 580 freeway make trips around the Bay a breeze, or stay nearby for a neighborhood walk score of 88. Its smart appliances, central heating and upstairs A/C, heated towel rack, massage chair, rainfall showerhead, solar panels, and stain glass windows defies it's age! And now it features a premiere four-person Sundance hot tub, and deck.
