"My wife and i stayed at Vivian's Jade house for 5 nights while visiting from Florida. The house was perfect! It was very clean and came packed with snacks and waters and all amenities anyone could ever need. It is in a quiet neighborhood less than a mile from great restaurants and bars. It was the perfect location between where our friends live in Vallejo and San Francisco where we had a great time. I highly recommend this place!"

"Minus all the bed frames being broken and there being no air conditioning or fans, the house itself is very nice, I just don’t feel like it’s “Vrbo” rental ready. There was a for sale sign infront of the house which explains the staged furniture feel! All the slats under the bed were either out of place or missing a few which made my kids describe their nights rest like sleeping on a camels back! "

"Terrible experience. First I was told same day I was going to check in that they couldn’t accommodate the dates that I had reserved previously. Listing says property has AC. Got there no AC. Property was dirty. My family and I left after an hour and asked owner to refund stay with no luck. I have attached pictures of how property was when I arrived. VRBO didn’t do much to help. "
