This peaceful 2-story 1-bedroom building features cozy twin beds, a sofa bed, cable TV, WiFi, and a stereo system with a collection of classic LPs. A double hot plate, microwave and mini fridge make good use of the natural food store next door. The sink and washer/dryer keep things clean. David is an amazing host. This property has so much history. Every corner has a story - it is all so cool! We used the space to shoot our student film and it was totally perfect. David was very quick to respond and was very accommodating! Thank you again for having us!

First and foremost, host is as kind as they come, so it makes it hard to write this review. The « building » is an old garage, which could be cool BUT, it is pretty old ( not in a quaint way) and very dirty. Spiderweb everywhere, dust, stuff (hoarder style). The bathroom, if we can call it that, is upstairs. A dirty piece of carpet welcomes you upstairs. The shower is a plastic box and the toilet next to it is extremely low and small. Everything is dusty and gross. Sheets had holes in them and spring mattress had something sticking out. For $150 could have stayed at a hotel…extremely disappointed.

Cool & quirky place the size of a warehouse! Tons of baseball memorabilia and history. Dave’s a really cool dude! Highly recommend staying and something that’s completely different for a change.

If you are not a big baseball fan and would like to have a good night sleep, don’t come here. It is a shabby, barn-like old house. Everything is in the condition of a century years old. The bedroom in the first floor has no windows. The bathroom is at the second floor. The entire time I was in, there’s frequently loud noise from somewhere. I could only sleep for a couple of hours.
