This enchanting condo with water views in Emeryville offers two fantastic bedrooms with queen beds, and 1.5 baths (one with tub, shower and bidet), The living room also has a high end queen size sofa bed. Guests can enjoy access to the fitness room, pool, and high speed WiFi during your stay. Set in a mature park-like setting next to a boardwalk and marina, with blue herons, brown pelicans and other birdlife. Near shops, restaurants, and easy access to the freeway. Free local shuttle, called the Emory Go Shuttle, stops at the corner and takes you all around Emeryville. Coin/card laundry in building. Fully stocked kitchen with espresso machine, rice cooker, waffle maker and many other niceties. Condo also has dishwasher, water filter, air filter, storage, table with chairs and plants on balcony/patio, et al. Cats and small dogs under 35 lbs. are permitted (with refundable pet deposit). 1 parking spot in the garage is available, as well as street parking for guests.
