The residence is outfitted with an array of amenities, including central AC/furnace, a living room with a 65-inch smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining island, filtered instant hot and room temperature drinking water, a washer/dryer, a work desk, an ergonomic chair, and high-speed internet.

Moreover, the attached garage is ideally suited for a compact to mid-size car and comes with a remote and a Level 2 electric vehicle charger. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, utensils, flatware, dinnerware, drinkware, regular and decaf coffee beans, assorted teas, some spices, cooking oil, and condiments.
