This was my initial stay at a Fairfield facility. Lobby looked great, staff was friendly, and the room was clean. Pillows could probably be replaced soon but did not impact the overall experience. Breakfast set up area was clean and there was a good variety of different foods. Starbucks is within walking distance, 7/11 and other quick restaurants are close by. Freeway entrance was nearby as well. Will be back tomorrow for another stay.

Staff were not available, had to call 3+ times, waited almost 30 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk to check in around 12pm. The water was burning our eyes when we were showering, had a strong chlorine smell every time we showered. Not sure what that was about. Room was clean and served its purpose though.

Room was pretty big, the room was clean the staff was friendly. The breakfast was nice. My girlfriend loved the stay here. We will definitely book here again.

We stayed two nights , the staff was very accommodating upon arrival. The hotel looks like its going through or has had a recent remodel. The rooms were very nice and clean. Parking is not indoors but parking area is well lit on all sides. The area around property seems pretty quiet and safe , we had no incidents. We really liked staying here and will save it for future stays.

Mediocre

We stayed a week, breakfast is included but it never changes so you’ll have scrambled eggs waffles and choice of yogurt each morning. The staff was nice at check in. The fire alarm went off our last night and when we went downstairs there was just a sign that said front desk will be back soon. The stay was good enough for us. We didn’t need much, rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels, the gym is renovated, small but good enough to get a workout in.

Good for a nights rest, construction going on.

Theirs is major construction going on at the hotel. Would have liked to have known this ahead of time. We asked for a room far away from the noise and the front desk girl was very accommodating. Bed was comfortable, fridge was nice. Breakfast was good.

The hotel is off the 92 at Industrial Blvd. Good location to explore from with several Interstate Junctions in close proximity. Hotel is undergoing exterior renovations in the front. The area is clean and tidy. The entrance and first floor is well lite and open. They serve breakfast with a variety of choices. Make sure to check what time it runs. The room was spacious. Every thing was tidy and clean. Flat screen TV on the wall. The TV could be repositioned to tilt to each side. The table tucked in the corner as the desk is on wheels so can be repositioned. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom had a Modern Walk in Shower with Sliding Glass Doors.

There was construction so I kept hearing banging on the walls. I understand that they had to do constructions on the carpet. That was fine, but then my key didn't work twice and it was very inconvenient to have to go tell them twice in 1 day. The breakfast was okay and the staff was really nice

This property is under Renovation. Construction is all over. The room is clean, new, and comfortable. The staff who helped us check in at 23:00 was rude; it looked like he did not like what he was doing. And he should not come to work if he behaves like that. No customer service at all!!! We booked two rooms, and he gave us one room. And he called another client. So I reminded him that we booked 2rooms. He didn't even acknowledge me that I was asking him for the 2nd room. Then he kept mumbling in front of everybody. So, I asked him if he was okay. ( because he looked so angry). Then he answered me, “You're asking too many questions?” and kept mumbling while assisting other clients. We waited until all clients in the queue were served. Then, he came back in front of him for the 2nd room key. He never apologized, no eye contact, nothing. It seems like he is entitled and the boss. We wouldn't mind the renovation and everything if the customer service was excellent. But our experience was terrible because of the first encounter, which made the impression last. We will never be back in Marriot; our experiences were awful.
