Andrea at front desk was magnificent. We were upset that Expedia wrongly represented this property as having a hot tub…. We would have stayed at somewhere else but didn’t find out till we arrived and it was a non refundable booking

If you plan on staying here just know you will be hearing a lot of cars throughout the whole night. The walls are extremely thin you can hear your neighbor. We weren’t properly greeted, staff was unprofessional.

I got an extra charge for $131.69 for a cancelling fee but I was actually there for the weekend , AND THEY WONT REFIND ME !!! Talked to their customer service and they basically told me I’m S.O.L .

This was a very conveniently located hotel for our recent trip to visit family in Hayward. The room was spacious, the staff were friendly, efficient and professional, the breakfast was good. Strong smell of weed on the main floor for both the nights we were there but that’s not in the hotel’s control. Definitely would recommend this place if you need accommodations in Hayward.

I stay at this location when I travel to Hayward, This time wasn't as great as the past but it wasn't bad. Travelling for business I'm not looking for a lot. A basic place to rest and do some after hours work. This time I was third floor near the front and the road traffic took a little getting used to but not too bad. There is fast food and Emil Villa's close by for food. Not bad.

Checkin was difficult because the hotel confirmation # provided by Expedia was not recognized by Hilton and I was unable to use the Hilton App or digital room key. The national reservation line, couldn't find my reservation and had to transfer me to the property. In short, using the Expedia-issued hotel confirmation #, I felt like a 3rd class customer.
