Great room for the price

The room was great and the staff was super supportive and friendly. I had to bring my 2 cats with me because we had to leave our apartments for a couple of days. The pet deposit was reasonable and we all had a relaxing few days there. It's nothing fancy but the room was clean, the sheets were soft, the air conditioning was cold and I felt safe.

The staff is very friendly I asked could I do a late check out and they let me do one they're very nice I had no problem with the rooms are extremely big and for the area that it was located in I didn't expect to get the type of service that I got in that area but I did peace and quiet I would love to go back

It seems like it’s shady, but it’s all right here.

The hotel itself is on the shady side, which makes sense as it is the least expensive hotel around. It’s the staff that make this place good. Nice, helpful. Not judgmental, and that’s the front desk as well as housekeeping. ,

Room wasn’t as bad as the reviews say, wasn’t dirty at all only the pool but it looked closed so makes sense. Quick and easy check in no problems no distractions or anything. Not bad

I dont know why people complain a lot about this place. Its very decent for the price. Staff are very nice and rooms are clean with microwave and mini fridge. Its fair and affordable. I like it.

Pool is not open it’s a science experiment. Lot of people awake at 1:30am no Cable TV, but it is budget friendly and has very spacious rooms. The room itself is a little outdated but the beds are comfortable and clean.

Never judge a book by its cover

Coming in I was a little skeptical because I'm not used to a motel or in setting I'm more used to a hotel but once I got inside the room it was a little age but once I laid in the bed I was so comfortable I slept the best sleep that I've had in weeks the bed was so comfortable and the area was quiet I was so surprised never judge a book by its cover I slept wonderfully well I got the rest that I needed and I have a long drive 5 hours drive to get home.

Almost nearly close to 5 stars yes i also almost..

This place has been recently renovated...inside the 3 or so rooms i had the almost fully pleasurable experience of having. Location gets 2 stars and 5 stars right next to 880 which shouts convenience and the dull sounds of cars on a very busy area of Freeway is dull like white noise after a stay of a few days. Service gets 3 stars and 5 stars so everyone was kind and friendly and efficient and helpful but i had an unfortunate situation develop with a neighbourhood homeless man that didnt escalate as much as it could have thankfully but a lesson was learned on my behalf. Property seems in good shape and kept clean and a team of smiling seemingly happy people but strangely a fairly large swimming pool is the focus of the 3 story courtyard of the hotel and it was July late in the summers agreement 5o turn up the heat but the pool kooked great and inviting but for some reason it was closed the entire time we stayed. With san Francisco bay just a stones throw from this invitjng almost overlooked gem of q place to stay wasnt really a place to stay and relax and play. No water nased sports anyway. Hmmm. Ask before you plan and count on something that might remain closed for whatever reason.

The person who checked me in was a bit arrogant and rude. As if he was mad at me i didnt like his attitude towards me i was planning ok just leaving instead but at the end i stayed. The room was Nice no complains about that. The only problem i really had was with the guy at the front desk there has been other recepcionist other times that ive stayed here and they were kind nothing like this one. And well it's uncomfortable when someone who your being kind to and just trynna get what You paid for is being rude.

The staff was nice and helpful . However the condition of the the room was horrible. The non smoking room smelled of cigarettes. It was very dusty and overall unkept . The bathroom was the worst with damaged ceiling, dirty stained tiles and the shower wall was moldy and falling apart . The toilet has mismatched towel seat for the type of toilet. There was left over hairs and glitters. The mattress was stained and worn. The room overall felt outdated and not sanitary.

Hospitality service was beyond great. I interacted with three different people, they all were down to earth, I asked something, and they provided instantaneous, like Genie :-) Room was kept clean but smelled like weed, even it was non-smoking room. Although, staff was very responsive and was willing to change the room, seeing the situation there, I didn't have any good hope so declined the offer. Based on my decision staff member provided me a good high end odor remover room freshener. I wouldn't mind old building but was not well maintained. Pool was dirty, you could see from any angle. Corridors were dirty, cigarette buds all over places and the whole building smell like weed. I guess they don't have much control but many tenants were high and their attire was very inappropriate for any situation.

Please invest in some luggage carts and there's roaches in room 120 and there's nowhere to hang a hand towel also there's no place to put the toilet paper except just putting it on the toilet. Also please mop every room that doesn't have carpet because so far I've stayed in several rooms and I've noticed the floor has been dirty and sometimes I couldn't even tell if it had been cleaned or not. Also please invest in some new beds. You have some really nice and very comfortable beds I will say the beds in room 120 are very comfortable. However the beds like the ones in 201 and 106 have been very cheap and uncomfortable also please please make sure you use mattress protectors or like some sort of hygienic way for the mattresses because it should never be just sheet on mattress like who knows what could've transpired on the mattress and to have no protective layer between sheet and mattress is just revolting because imagine how many bodies have slept on the mattress with only a very thin sheet to protect it it's just gross and nobody wants to sleep on a mattress that feels dirty and this is a hotel like you need to have some standards you really should hire men who know what they're doing to make sure the whole place stays clean and safe and just positive energy you know so please try to be more clean and please make sure that all the cleaners really do there jobs.

Do yourself a favor. DON'T STAY HERE. Someone tried to get in our room at night. Go down the street to the Vagabond Inn. Way cleaner rooms, safer, and still dog friendly. We booked for 2 nights. Left after the 1st, should've left right away. 1st room they gave us reeked of cigarette smoke. Moved to a different room. Still bad. We were tired though, and it was dog friendly. At 11pm that night, someone unlocked the door and tried to get in. My husband had put the deadbolt over the door, or else some random man would've walked in. In the morning when we were packing cockroaches were running up and down the wall. There was cigarette ash where the toilet paper holder was. The sink didn't drain. The rooms do not look like the rooms on the website. At all. The staff did not seem like they cared at all. The morning clerk said the night clerk didn't put down we had changed rooms, that's why someone tried coming in our room. I wanted to ask for a full refund, but we just wanted to leave ASAP. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY
