Front desk was super helpful and I needed to stay an extra night and the hotel staff made extremely easy to process the additions night. Hotel was quiet which was great as well

It is a getto. If i came with my family i would have left. Thank god we have thick skin Front desk kept my licence thank god i ask in the morning. They had after all night looking for it. Then they kept my deposit. Thank god i have friends that went and talk to them being we live far away FYI it is nothing like picture and NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY!!

I book a king bed room for myself, room is spacious, staff and service is good and friendly, but the property is little older you can smell that from the carpet, overall can be accepted against the cost in San Francisco.

You get what you pay for, I will say that. There are families living there. Kids leaving there toys all over the property. The room smell like cigarettes and there are roaches. You get what you pay for but I will say it could be so much better. Nobody bothers you but it just feels very rundown as compared to the photos you see online. The pool is closed and there are no vending machines in that area but the ice machine works. If you can afford to pay a bit more which I will next time I plan to stay in Hayward. Just go somewhere else.

The staff is very friendly I asked could I do a late check out and they let me do one they're very nice I had no problem with the rooms are extremely big and for the area that it was located in I didn't expect to get the type of service that I got in that area but I did peace and quiet I would love to go back

Felt gritty. Child’s bicycle and toys were scattered edge of parking lot. Room was non-smoking but smelled of either smoke or aggressive, bitter cleaning solution. Parking lot is difficult to get out of with street partially blocked by semi. Economical but felt that way.
