We were so pleasantly surprised with the Hotel Riu chain. Nothing but exceptional. This was our 1st experience with Hotel Riu. We are looking forward to seeing if they are in London for our next trip! We have found our perfect accomodations!

Hilton San Francisco Financial District
Everything was as expected from a nice hotel. Location is great and for San Francisco, easy of parking is a huge plus. The hotel has a bar / restaurant but there is no room service offered (fyi).

The Customer Service I received from Vagish, Itai, Alexis, and all other staff was phenomenal!! The room and hotel was immaculate and very clean. I will definitely be returning! Five Star Service !!
