The hotel and staff are were very nice. Sofitel needs to staff their valet parking better and turn down the air conditioning in the breakfast cafe. Otherwise a wonderful place, great room.

Very spacious room, walls kinda thin, comfortable bed, close to dining/transportation options. Would have been nice if the bar had more of a vibe to it, otherwise a nice stay

Pretty rough crowd. Lots of noise and parties. Parking at the hotel is $65 but you can park in the garage around the corner and under the hotel for $16. It’s kind of a sketchy walk from there to the hotel doors after dark though. It was interesting for the history of the place, but I would probably not stay here again.

"Front desk persons very friendly, helpful, welcoming and professional! They will make us come back! Room was very clean and pressure of the water in the shower was great! Balcony view was great specially in the morning we saw Dolphins…beautiful! So far our best experience in Panama City Beach!"
