"A beautiful hotel in a convenient location near a subway stop. A short train ride takes you to Nagoya Castle and Nagoya Station. The room was well-designed and spacious. Breakfast was available in a large buffet-style restaurant with impressive selections of both Western and Japanese foods. The second breakfast option was at a Japanese restaurant, offering a set menu with delicious Japanese flavors. The amenities were excellent."

"The room was the largest room we've ever stayed in Japan. It was so spacious that it included a couch. They had a few nice touches that make a difference when compared to other hotels in Japan: modern and seemingly recently built/refurbished(?); outlets and lights on both sides of the bed; a quality bluetooth speaker to stream my music; two luggage stands; a sink outside of the toilet and shower but can be enclosed from the bedroom with a sliding wood panel. The breakfast buffer was pretty good...

Directly across from Fushimi subway station made connectivity in Nagoya a breeze. Walking distance to Sakae for lux shopping and wide variety of food options. Happy to stay there again. "

The concierge staff was very accommodating about receiving our luggage ahead of our arrival, and even put it in our rooms upon check in day. They were also super helpful in sending out our souvenirs to the airport, so we could travel worry free. The best part of the day was the breakfast service, provided by the wonderful breakfast crew. Since we wake up at 6:30 during this trip, the breakfast service was a game changer...

The rooms was quite spacious with all the general room amenities available. The only comment is the room is abit dark even with all the lights on but that could be personal preference. They have great staff that’s caring to their customers needs. We left and the escalator was switched on to go up as the lobby is located on the second floor after the escalator but when...
