A small, cozy two-story apartment located in the heart of the historic district, just two blocks from the Zócalo on García Vigil Street—the most picturesque street in Oaxaca’s historic district—within walking distance of all the tourist attractions, as well as the best restaurants and art galleries.

The apartment is compact; please keep this in mind.
The apartment has two floors.
On the first floor, you’ll find the kitchen, dining room, and a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a full bathroom.
On the upper floor, you’ll find the living room and a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a full bathroom.
Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms.
We have a laundry area, which is a common space shared with guests from other apartments in the complex and is available at no additional cost.
If you need assistance, our laundry team will be happy to help you.
The apartment is located in a gated complex of 5 apartments; they share a common courtyard with tables where you can socialize on a mild evening. Access to the complex leads to a small plaza with craft shops and a café; the café offers breakfast delivery to the apartment.

Oaxaca’s historic center is the best part of the city to start and end your tour of all the tourist attractions Oaxaca has to offer.
You can easily explore the historic center on foot. Public transportation is available to reach most nearby towns, or you can book a tour in the area to take in various sights.


SAFETY:
Our properties have a night security guard who can assist our guests with whatever they need. If a neighbor is making too much noise, you can contact us, and we’ll send the security guard immediately to ensure the rules are followed.

NOISE POLICY:
Oaxaca’s historic center is a multicultural place, full of traditions and delicious food; an essential part of our customs includes folklore and music, which can often cause unexpected noise during celebrations. In addition, some residents have dogs as guard animals and some farm animals, such as roosters.

This may disturb your sleep; with this in mind, we’ve made sure to include earplugs in the first-aid kit and a white noise machine that you can use if needed.

CLIMATE CHANGE:
Dear guest, when confirming your reservation, please check the weather forecasts for our city during the dates you plan to visit, so you can get an idea of the current temperature and whether you should expect rain or other weather events. This will help enhance your experience. Please remember that, as mentioned above, we only have air conditioning in the bedrooms, not in the common areas
