"Great ample compound., very quiet but close to everything. Lush trees, great pool. The homes themselves were not particularly special, but are clean and functional. Very limited kitchen utensils, in case you want to cook there. Check in experience was ok, but the local caretaker hours are limited. Overall a good experience!"

"Ming was there to welcome us, and introduce her housekeeper Socorro who proved to be a very delightful, accommodating person. Fortunately, our group spoke enough Spanish collectively to get along with Socorro. The breakfasts and a couple of dinners were very well prepared. Overall, we were satisfied with the Holiday House. The location in San Felipe de Agua was further away from the downtown area than we anticipated. It took 20-30 minutes to travel to Zocalo, and taxis cost more like 100 pesos...

"The apartment is spacious with a newer, very nice build-out. Each of the 3 bedrooms were quite comfortable with a balcony off the master (and the living room). The location was ideal for exploring the area and for easy, walkable access to desired restaurants. Gene was very responsive and offered great suggestions. Street noise was a bit of an issue but a worthwhile trade off given the excellent, close-in city location."

"The house is located next to a well known park, very quiet part of town, it's a little far from Oaxaca centro, the rooms are comfortable has AC, the only thing is, if you don't have your own transportation, is a bit hard to catch a taxi, is about a 15 minute walk to the main artery, and delivery is not available due to the fact that the house address is registered or doesn't appear on Google maps."

"We found the house and patio to be lovely, with gorgeous plants and trees. The house was spacious and filled with beautiful furniture and art. The bedrooms were also spacious and comfortable, each with its own bathroom. Angela and Eduardo were gracious and wonderful hosts. The location was perfect, as we could walk to restaurants and a market close by. We also were able to walk easily into town through the gorgeous historic area."

"We stayed in Stellah’s home for a week over Christmas and it was truly the perfect place. Stellah was so wonderful with giving us recommendations of things to do and places to eat. The home is spacious with great design, a fully stocked kitchen, and a beautiful back yard. Her house manager was so kind and helpful as well. We truly felt at home and will definitely be back to stay again."

"Overall, it was what we needed. We had some water issues at first, but the manager was very receptive and took care of the problem right away. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Only a short taxi ride to the center of town. We liked it!"

"We had a great stay at Jorges place. We stayed there for 4 nights with my family, brother in law and his friend. The house met all the expectations with plenty of room for everyone and basic amenities including coffee which is nice. Only about 15 minutes away from downtown Oaxaca by taxi in a safe and quiet neighborhood. We mainly used the house to rest up after being out and about. Jorge was extremely helpful and easy to get a hold of. He helped us with recommendations from where to eat, what...

"The house is part of a medium size area with several other small apartments. It is a very secure area and the owner and his grandson live on site in 2 of the apartments. It was very convenient if you could needed anything. It was also nice to have secure parking spot. Mondo Cafe is also connected and the kids who work there were so nice and the food was great! Our dogs loved the large area to roam around. The last week we were there AC was installed in both bedrooms and wow what a difference it...
