"We had a wonderful stay at Kaila City Hotel. The location is absolutely excellent—very central, convenient, and within easy reach of everything, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding; rooms and common areas were spotless and very well maintained. Most importantly, the staff were exceptional: friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a genuine smile. They truly made us feel welcome. "From the moment we stepped foot in the door, we knew we had made a great choice in selecting this hotel. "The place was worst than shown on add. The check in was at 10:00 am but it was given to us at 2:30 , there was no toilet paper , dirty counter top , no mirror above the vanity sink , loose shower enclosure, insecure front door entry, dirty parking lot , dead “Bat” on the parking lot ground , rats running on the yard fence, the pool was nothing like shown on the add . The on site manager was helpful and friendly , but not knowledgeable enough about the hotel business "
