It was really annoying that there is no car parking at the ferry terminal or railway station (which are side by side).

Room was in good condition and bed excellent. The heating was poor and the wall heater made noises but didn't work. A few issues regarding not emptying bins and replacing cups, but overall everything was satisfactory. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and we were given a complimentary breakfast on the last morning, it was very enjoyable. Thank you. Monique & Stuart
