"this hotel is in a perfect location, walkable to both the interlaken west and interlaken ost train statioins, as well as the harder kulm. restaurants, shops, groceries & activities all close and easy to get to.
no A/C in the ground floor lobby or storage area. but oh yea! A/C in the room!
very clean & comfortable, unfortunately only 1 big towel and 1 small towel.
at the front desk simon was SO helpful with information about activities, directions, storage for my things while waiting for my room and on the day of departure.
clearly a safe area - definitely a great choice!"
