Kitchen is fully updated and equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. The property also has plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy their vacation, whether it be in the cozy living room or outside on the deck.

This property has an age requirement of 25+
***Please note this is a family rental only. It is also in an R-1 designated area of Ocean City which states that this property cannot be rented to more than 4 unrelated people.***

The condo features modern amenities such as a washer and dryer, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, Tv cable, central AC, etc. It is also conveniently located near the popular attractions and eateries of both Ocean City and Fenwick Island.

All beds have pillows and protective hyper allergenic mattress covers. Complimentary fresh sheets and a towel package are included with every reservation of 3 nights or more, ensuring a hassle-free experience from the moment you arrive. This will include 2 sheets for each sleeping surface, pillowcases for the pillows a set of towels for each guest (1-bath towel, 1-Hand towel and 1-wash cloth per guest). For hygiene and sanitation purposes, linens are professionally prepared, sealed in plastic and provided in a package. Guests will be responsible for making their own beds upon arrival
