Beautiful Waterfront Condo Bayside. Short Walk To FishTales, beach and boardwalk

This Harbour Towne Condo is located at 25th St and Philadelphia Ave. We are in a great location bayside and near all of Ocean City's finest hot spots. Restaurants and mini golf within walking distance. The popular Fish Tales is a short walk from your back door. Watch the boats come in and see the fish get weighed. The board walk is a short walk across Coastal Highway. If you get tired of walking, the bus will drop off in front of Harbor Town. Refresh and swim in the beautiful bayside pool and watch the boats pass by. When you are finished with outdoor activities, you have a beautiful furnished 3-bedroom condo to call home for the duration of your stay. Don't forget to take your coffee out on the back deck and enjoy your beautiful mornings. Full size Washer/Dryer in unit. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

We rent Saturday to Saturday during months of June through August. Do not hang towels or clothing items over deck railings. HOA Rule.
Absolutely NO smoking inside of condo. Absolutely NO grilling on back deck or on Harbour Town properties.
Prior to leaving at the end of your stay, please return condo keys to lock box for the next tenant.

Perfect location near beach and boardwalk. Short drives to all attractions. Spacious condo with two baths. Nice deck and the pool came in handy when weather didn’t allow for ocean access. We’d definitely stay here again.

This place was the best! Location is great - lots of stuff nearby, coffee, bars, restaurants. Everything was really convenient to get to. Yes you need to cross the street to get to the beach but there is a light/crosswalk right out front so that makes it easier to cross the street. The condo itself was very comfortable. We were 5 adults and a small child and we all felt like we had enough space. Everything was very clean and we really did not run into any issues during our stay. Parking was great and there were plenty of extra spots if you bring more than one vehicle. The pool was also a nice addition.
