Unit features a private ocean front balcony and a bay side balcony and washer and dryer. The building offers an elevator, outdoor pool and parking for one car. Located directly on the boardwalk and ocean at 4th street. Unit is penthouse style with bedrooms on different floors allowing for privacy. This unit sleeps 6. No Groups. No Pets! No Smoking! Saturday to Saturday rentals only!

Great vacation had by all!

This condo is in the perfect location on the boardwalk. The condo is set up super cute with plenty of room. Everything you would need is there. Just bring your linens. We had a fantastic time sitting out on the balcony every day/night. I would highly recommend this condo and would stay here again in the future!
