Lovely hotel. Great location. Everything is in easy reach. The hotel was spotless and the reception staff were great with any queries we had. The bed was amazing and super comfy. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Liverpool.

We had to wait a long time at reception when we arrived and left. Curtains in our room were thread bare in places. Bed very comfortable, nice and big, slept well. Good location.

Coeliac traveller.
Hotel was very clean but a little tired. Curtains were worn a bit and had some holes in. Bath had a cigarette burn. Toilet was squeezed in behind a door. Toilet paper cheap and thin. Mattress was to hard. Other than that staff very helpful. I felt extremely looked after at breakfast with my gluten free diet.

We had a great stay, receptionist was really helpful in helping us with parking. Comfy bed, lovely and clean bathroom, would definitely stay again when in Liverpool.

When I tried to check in they said the room I'd booked (paid for and confirmed in advance) wasn't available as they'd 'overbooked'. Rather than a twin room, we ended up with a room with a sofa bed. The sofa bed wasn't made up - they promised to get it made up. They didn't!
