"PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND STAY HERE THE HOTEL IS VERY NASTY WITH A VERY STRONG MOLD SMELL. THE SHOWER/ TUB WAS SO NASTY WITH HAIR INSIDE OF IT. THE TOWELS AND WASHCLOTH HAS SO MUCH PUBIC HAIRS IN IT AND THEY WERE KIND OF BROWN. I HAD TO GO THERE FOR A BUSINESS MEETING AND I WAS SHORT ON TIME I GOT THE HELL OUT OF THERE EARLY AS POSSIBLE IN THE MORNING AND HAD FUN AROUND FLORIDA TO MY FLIGHT BECAUSE I COULD NO LONGER STAY AT THE HOTEL"

"Overall it wasn’t a bad stay, but it wasn’t quite what we expected. The area was a little rough and like another reviewer stated, the house needs some serious TLC. For example, there are blue paint drips from the floor on the walls, none of the wall decor is level/straight, the trim pieces throughout the house are covered in grout, paint, or they aren’t even long enough to reach the corners, there’s dry wall that has been patched throughout the home but never painted to match, the bathroom doors in the bigger room were also never painted. It looks like they were just put up however they came primed from the store and now have dirty handprints on them. There’s water damage on the wall in the big bathroom. The sliding door to the bunk beds and bathroom are broken/not working how they should. There was a long hair wrapped around the hair dryer when I went to use it. The outdoor area would be nice if everything wasn’t rusted. We didn’t even open the hot tub or use anything out there because of that. The home wasn’t completely unclean and there are some cool features, but the way the home looks disheveled, unfinished, and just slapped together in some areas makes you question if they did the bigger stuff like wash the sheets. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was in a perfect location with numerous dining options within walking distance, plus close to entertainment, necessity shopping and more. We could walk to the marina and hop on a fishing or tiki boat (which we did!). The ocean beach is just over the bridge, also walkable, but better driving if you have lots to carry. The property itself was lovely, with friendly staff. Felt very safe there. Enjoyed the heated pool and lovely view from the pool deck. Our unit was just enough space for us. We were very comfortable. Overall, we felt so lucky to have found such a great spot and were sad to leave."

"Everything about "My Happy Place" was exactly as promoted. The picture does not give the beautiful pool area and landscaped back yard justice - the property is a small oasis in a quiet neighborhood. Beach chairs and umbrella were complimentary just a mile or so from the house. The owners include extra beach towels, floats, and anything you might need for a vacation in south Florida. Our door code did not work, and the manager contacted us within 5 minutes and got us inside. Grateful this property was available with a price we could live with!We will be back! "

"It’s a very nice apartment, but I would’ve liked to have had a dishwasher and a cooler to take down to the pool. Otherwise it was great. Wish the Jacuzzi was working."
